Government Approvals
The company has received a notified approval from the Government of India for a 103.02 hectares (254.56 acres) Engineering SEZ in Gurgoan.
Formal Approval received on 10th August, 2007.
Notified vide “The Gazete of India” No. 316 dated 10th March, 2008.
Approval for Authorised Operations received on 30th May 2008.
The SEZ projects would be set-up under a specially developed SPV viz. Raheja SEZs Ltd. (formerly Raheja Haryana SEZ Developers Pvt. Ltd.)
